General Information about our officeAppointment - In order to run our office efficiently, we will primarily work our office schedule by appointment. If your child is ill, please call our office as early in the day as possible, so that we may arrange to see him/her as needed. For routine appointments, please call the office 1-2 months in advance, as this allows us to schedule your appointment at the most convenient time. If you must cancel an appointment, please call as early as possible so that another child may be scheduled. Telephone Calls - Most common problems can be handled by a phone call to our office during regular business hours. If you have a problem which the nurse cannot handle, she will refer your call to a doctor or nurse practitioner. Important Numbers
